Hypertech and Dealer Reflash

The dealer reflashed my ECM yesterday for an update when I took it in for what I thought might be injector issues. I had put the Hypertech PP3 back to stock settings before taking it in. I tried to re-install the programmer today, just for tire size correction, when it told me that "CAL 6" could not be found and to contact Hypertech. It was able to read the computer, just wouldn't go beyond that.
Anyone seen this before? My thinking is that the reflash is newer than anything currently on my hand-held and it's not recognized. Wouldn't it simply be able to read the computer like it did and store the new ECM programming in the Hypertech?

if you have an alarm with auto start you may need to disconnect your key bypass to be able to load your hypertech tune. i did.

Are you 100% that you went back to stock file...or back to stock w/options,they are different.Anyway you put it back on stock settings,it still needs to overwrite with that certain stock file number not to have issues..But Hypertech is good at what they do..My work rig has 308k[yep,on a 5.3 gasser!!!!!Hypertech tuned]I'd say reflesh the ecm,then let Hypertech reset the files/values in the tuner nad you're ready....
