| Ive had issues with theirs too.
Do you have non GM tie rods that you got from an auto parts store?? CIUD machines theirs to fit only stock tie rods so that they are very tight.
THey will machine them out for free for you so send them back.
I also had an issue when I got them back. The one didnt thread on for some reason. So I installed them on my buddies truck and bought some from Upstate diesel since kyle didnt return my calls.
