| Is this the correct DP clamp? Im most likely going to need a new V band clamp to connect the new exhaust to the stock downpipe. Ive looked a little and only found this one on AlligatorPerformance, just wondering if its the correct one Ill need. 3" V-Band Exhaust Clamp

| Well I got the 3" clamp from Alligator today, isnt the correct one. I took it to the flange on the new exhaust and its too small, so, I must need the 4" clamp?

| I've got a 5" MBRP turbo back system on my truck. I have since changed downpipes, but when I first got the system it bolted right up to the stock downpipe. The front pipe on my exhuast is actually 4" then switches to 5" further back. I'm kinda confused why the stock clamp wont work.

| I havent tried the stock clamp, havent taken the stock exhaust off yet. I had asked here if the 3" was correct, then ordered it from Alligator. Got it today, its not the correct one. A tech from Alligator called me today and said that it needs a 3.5" clamp and that its usually a dealer part, so Im gonna pick one up tomorrow.

| Thats what I was thinking. I believe its 3" pipe but the flange is a tad bigger. I was able to soak mine with PB Blaster overnight, remove it, and reuse it with no leaks. Just my.02

| Yah, Ive sprayed it with PB already in preparation. There's always something that needs replacing or something that gives me a hard time when I work on the vehicles. That clamp is the only thing not supplied w/ the new exhaust, and the stock clamp is rusty so I figure I might as well be prepared. Hopefully I'll have time on Friday to make the switch. Atleast when Im at the stealership I can get some Top end cleaner to do the injectors too at some point.
