i'd skip the studs. you really don't need them. i like my danville 4094.i know its not the best turbo but it is an upgrade for sure. i have the billet wheel, but i can't tell you for sure if i gained anything. the turbo is alittle laggy. i would suggest you take your money from doing studs and do a set of up pipes instead.

a buddy of mine has a rclb lbz with a 4094vvt, 45% inj. and a stg III cp3. he put down 700hp on one dyno and 739 hp on another. he also ran a 12.2 at 111 mph weighing what he does on the street (meaning he raced how he drive the truck everyday)

i know you have an lly. i personally would wait in the gaskets. it seems that not every lly has problems, just a few. maybe your a lucky, or maybe not....

Studs are a interesting one.. You wont need them untill you need them if you get what i mean by that. some guys are in the low 700s with no problems with their gaskets

I personally love my 4094. Thing damn near insta-lights and is pissed off when doing so. Spools way quicker and the truck feels faster then the twinned duramaxs ive driven here at the shop.

X2! My 4094 lights way fast! Mine is just the standard cast wheel also, it literally has no lag. People claiming moderate lag from a 4094 need to have there tuning looked at.

I did, and it sucked a huge one, absolutely hated it. My 4094 is sooo much better and now i have the potential to go 72mm when i feel like it.
