| Winter Front ? I live in Northern Illinois and occasionally take trips to Minnesota to go ice fishing on my 04.5 do I need a winter front? I rarely tow in the winter and this truck will be my daily driver. |

| Most guys will say below 30, I'll put mine on in the teens.

| winter front just helps warm the truck up faster in cold temps. i think it just comes down to personal preference. ive got one on my lly

| I notice about an extra 20 degrees in running temp with mine when is real cold vs without. I have not put mine on yet. Been a couple times I wish I had.

I wouldnt be overly concerned with having one. I ran my truck one winter without and saw regular temps of -35c and never saw much difference only on warm up does it make a huge difference i found. Going down the highway in winter or summer my temp stays pretty much the same.
