PPE boost controller install questions???

I have an 04 duramax with the lly and I was wondering if there is an easier way of getting to the boost sensor. The directions say u have to remove the A/C compressor b/c its right behind it. Is there any easier way. Any help we be greatly appreciated.

NO you have to remove it. Just unplug the 2 plugs on it, flop the belt off, and take the 4 bolts out then fold it and the hoses up and over to the pass, side and let it lay there. At this point you can get to the sensor but its still a PITA!!

i took me like 30 min.s doing just that on my 05 LLY and i never did any thing of the sort before so you shouldn't have any trouble doing that..
