why am i getting these trouble codes

when hook up my hypertech econ to my truck it always says that i have four trouble codes which are p0401(exhaust gas recirculation flow insuff detected).... p0404(exhaust gas recirculation range/perf).... p1621(pcm memory perf)... b0229( i have no idea what this is)............................................... ................ my check engine light never comes on when i am driving and i dont notice any mpg loss or power loss and i dont have a blocker plate

The open exhaust and intake is causing the egr code. you need a different programmer that blocks egr codes to take of that. The tuner is causing the other two, but those would not cause a SES light. The EGR code is the one turning the light on.

the egr codes are cause of your aftermarket exhaust nothing to worry about the 1621 code comes up a lot with hand held tuners but i herd its nothing to worry about and i dont know about the other code

Same here...but BRC and Ironman are right...no problems with these.
