Turbo Vane & EFI question

I have been told that you can delete that sound at idle that sounds like a jet engine from the turbo on straight piped exhaust. Sometimes it will sound real good at idle, kind of like how my old LB7 sounded, then those vanes do their thing and start hissing. I my self perfer the none hiss, and i have heard you can change the numbers using EFI Live and it wont come on at idle. Can this also be done with the GM Tech 2?

IDK about the Tech II, but with efi you can set the turbo vane position to 10% from 0-1000 rpm and 0-15 mm3.

Set all your vain position tables to 15% open in the 300 and 800 RPM area from zero to 15mm3
I set it in the high med low alt position tables as well as the max position tables just for kicks.
