Gauge readings?

I got Turbo boost and Pyrometer gauges put in today, They are Autometers. Jumping on it getting onto the freeway I saw the turbo gauge go as high as over 25 PSI.
Cruising down the freeway for about 50-60 miles my EGT was about 700F.
The engine is stock and I was running empty. Ambient temps today were int he low 80s.
Are these normal numbers or could my readings on the gauges be wrong?

Ok thanks. Just wanted to know if those were normal numbers since I didn't know what it should be running.
