Fuel System Upgrades

Ive been reading on all the past threads about lift pump options and im pretty set on the TTS setup, my question about the ported fuel rail fittings, is reason to change it or only neccesary for big tunes or just to improve flow? i would just need one fitting correct? i see ppr sells them for about $35

Really, you don't need anything until you start having problems keeping rail pressure when at WOT. If you're still on your stock tranny, then I doubt you'll ever see low rail pressure with the power it can handle, especially with a lift pump. And especially if you shimmed the FPRV as well. I wouldn't worry about it for now, maybe later down the road once you have a suncoast tranny, and huge EFI tunes.
