EGR Removal

I have the PPE plate and black box that fools the factory ECM can i remove the whole EGR system with this PPE Kit??

no, this is just the block off kit with the fingerstick- fingerstick may not be needed, what year is your truck. Fill out your sig. so we know...

No, the egr block off plate is too thin to hold back 35+ psi of drive pressure.
What year truck do you have?

i think you all missunderstood me i just want to know if the PPE black box will make the ECM think that the EGR is still there if i remove the whole EGR system or it will mess it up I know that i will need to make thicker plates if i remove the whole EGR

as long as it shuts the egr operation off and blocks codes. You will need to plate off the up pipe, plate off the intake runner over the egr, and splice the egr coolant line together. You also need to support the intake runner some how as the egr valve body supports it.

The PPE code blocker will not stop that codes with removal of the EGR. The motor has to be plugged in for the code blocker to work. You will need a PPE standard (or up) or EFILive.
