welcome to the forum..heres a few more things to add to that list and the first and formost that you wanna do to save yourself the heart ache and $2K and thats to build up your IFS tie rods sleeves and centerlink Crankitupdiesel.com and then also it wouldn't be a bad idea to add a set of lift pumps to keep all the fuel you need to the injectors.hope this helps

ON EDIT:this what happens when you do a 4X4 sport with the stock IFS

Welcome to the site....
If you have any MBRP exhaust questions, we're here to help. There are plenty of supporting vendors on here too that are great when it comes to answering questions and giving advice. Are you looking for 4" exhaust or 5"?

have you thought about doing some nice staxs?
a 4" exhaust will be plenty for your truck but if you want a little extra noise do the 5" from the turbo back(cat delete)exhaust..the stock fuel system(injectors and fuel pump)can supply up to 500RWHP so i wouldn't worry about injectors but the one thing i would do is a Single Hot CP3 fuel pump along with a Fass or Kennedy lift pump..should i mention you need a fully built tranny for this kinda HP,check out the Stage 4 w/t 1057 TC from Sun Coast..

heres a setup that we did on our 05 LLy dually that kicked some a$$,PPE HOT ET+2 stacked w/t Van Aaken hot box,Stage 5 Sun Coast,TTS Dual lift pump,PPE Boost Controller(added up to 35PSI),PPE Fuel Race Valve all together we had roughly 500 to 550 rwhp and still got 20+MPG on the highway.

having a little fun

5" does sound really good! Better to go 5" if you're thinking of modding for more HP. I'm sure there'll be others who'll jump in here to help with the intake question.

the best intakes that i know of are the AFE,S&B,Volant and AEM and go with the dry filters versus the oiled filters, your MAF will like it better that way..

our dually is getting rebuilt since it was in a crashed and totaled and heres some stuff we're doing to it for next years pulling season
Fass fuel system, upgrade the turbo, eaton lockers, hopefully have the $$ to do the internal engine upgrades and head studs,i think that sums it up..anytime you go past the just adding a tuner mark you start into the big $$$$$$$$$$.
