X2....haven't had any issues with my AD except a wrong fitting from the company but got that situated threw her on and cranked the tune up
Also saw this issue when installing my buddys AD2.

No you dont need to remove the bed or tank for the AD2. The AD 150 you do though. Ive done both and they are pretty easy installs. Especially the AD2. I removed the bed on mine for the 150. No Prob.

86 3/4 ton bowtie 350/350 sitting on 44x19.5 swampers, gutted and custom interior with full interior rollcage,checkerplate dash, 10" lift and a wack load of speakers.
With one more of those quick connect fuel line fittings i dont see why you woudnt be able to install the AD150 just like the AD2.....
