Bully Dog not as good as it used to be

I purchased the BD in Apr06 c/w Outlook Monitor. At first installation it was awesome in all settings. Now....it does not even kick out black smoke when leaning on the throttle. I only feel a slight increase in power, however, the fuel economy is still really good (20-22mpg winter, 22-24mpg summer).

Seems like after the first upgrade it has never been the same as the virgin model I purchased.

When upgrading it does not seem to complete as the progress bar never reaches the end, it gets close, but not all the way.

Any thoughts out there?

i use to have the BD setup but sold it for the PPE and the PPE is twice as good.hope this helps

I had the bully dog also and was experiencing the same thing as you. I sold it and bought a PPE and love it.

Is the PPE fuel economy similar to the Bully Dog? With Diesel at $1.10/litre, this is also important.

when i switched i didn't notice any difference.

my PPE gained more Fuel Economy then my BullyDog.
