I was looking at getting a different turbo for my truck, or go with the twins... One of my friends just bought a dodge and we where talking about me putting a turbo on and some other things.... Well anyways we started looking at stuff for his truck and there is a hell of a difference in price with alot of the cummins and duramax performance stuff?????

Its a lot like corvette and other GM products using the same engine. Headers for a vette? 1200. Headers for a GTO with the same motor? 600.

Its all a matter of who the manufacturer thinks buys their cars and what they can afford.

Restoring the layer structure...

i think i'm may go with the aurora 3000 model turbo, it has the fast spool time, with considerable power increase.

I noticed the same thing when considering the ATP Co-pilot for my LBZ. The similar part for the Cummins is about half the cost!!!

Ya you'll have that. The cummins is alot more simple and a stronger motor. The cummins has also been out for a while so they got that edge to. None the less you the Duramax has more power stock and could probably beat a cummins with a after market turbo.

A buddy of mine has a 96 Cummins with a ton of upgrades. Trubo, clutch, programer and a fewother goodies. I raced hime with my BONE STOCK duramax and he could barely keep up with me

Still the saying goes "you gotta pay to play"
