Edge Juice w attitude and PPE

I have an 04 with the LLY and still having difficulties in deciding on which programmer. What I really what is a mild increase in Hp, less that 100 Hp and an increase in fuel economy. PPE seams to be the most popular, but I really like the Edge attitude monitor over gauges and the attitude doesn't seem to be much more than guages. If PPE is the perferred choice, does someone provide a nice looking monitor. Also, what about the ATS-Epower? Which programmer provides 1) the best overall fuel economy and 2) the best protection? Your thoughts are greatly appreciated....

I ran a PPE standard and I liked it. I have never rand the E power but I have head good things about it. I would never put that peace of crap Edge on my truck. I feel guages are more accurate than the Edge and Bands monitor. But from what I hear you can put the Edge or Banks monitor in by them self and use a PPE.

I think if you went with a PPE Standard tuner (up to 225 HP) and an Edge Insight you would have the best of both worlds. PPE will get you the mileage you are looking for!

just so ya know...there are a few of us on here that do run the edge..including myself...and i dont, nor do alot of others around here think that edge "is a piece of crap"...yeah it might not be as great as efi live, or ppe but its still a good product, and offers great power and good fuel mileage gains..i have ran with pleanty of people tht have other mods such as quadzilla, banks, bullydog, etc. and have stayed right there with them, or have even beat them at a race....not tryin to cause a war here, just sayin its not appreciatave having something that works great and yet still gets called apiece of crap.

I have just seen way to many problems with the Edge. If it works good for you then great. I was just stating what I think about that unit.

I understand where they are coming from, but if you have a problem with a company, say there product not working most of time they will take care of it. Edge has great support. I had Edge on my 02 cummins it was great except didnt smoke enough lol.

I do thank you all for the responses. Which programmer offers the best protection. Also, it appears that Edge does not offer the insight for the 04 LLY which I do not understand. It also seems the Evolution would suffice, but it also is not offered for the 04 LLY. what about de-fueling..how important is it and does PPE and Edge de-fuel. Again my needs are mild HP gains and fuel economy

Defuel is very important for a stock tranny. As far as i know all of the programmers de-fuel, but there are only a few that you can turn off de-fueling. What it does it cut you back to stock power during the shift so you tranny can engage completely before putting the power back to it.
