When putting it back to stock or a lower hp, does the same technique apply.

When going down in HP there is no relearn needed.

If the stock setting or lower hp change goes back in does the same driving apply to learn the tranny

No, if you go back to stock or a lower hp you do not need to relearn the tranny. You only do a relearn when going up in power.
