Needs wiper blades - 20 bucks??

Slight Smoke smell - They make smoke bombs that work...I've tried them..it goes away.
Brown stains in headliner - Rug scrubber...

Just and LT version, no leather or Bose radio, rear radio control or brake controler - Leather looks like complete crap after 70-100K...you can spend 400.00 and get a system that is better than a Bose...and a brake controller is 40 bucks...

No bed liner - 35 bucks at a local shop...
More differential, hitch, frame rust than any 07 should have - Probably just surface rust and would come off easily...I have an 07 and it's rusty looking already.

I def. wouldn't pay 25 thousand for it....do some research and see how low it should be. Plus I do agree with everyone else....look around, because there a good deals on diesels everywhere.

for the miles on that truck offer them 18k. the interior is not the best and it needs a new windshield, no bed liner, no break controller. my dad just bought a used chevy d-max cc/sb with all the options for 23k the best part it only had 14,000miles. start at 18k that will be a good place to start, just remember one thing they are not selling crap for trucks right now they cant get rid of them!

NOT worth that much $$$
Offer them 20- 21 and see how they respond,if they agree right away, then they'll go down more than that!!

You need to check around,80k miles[almost outta warranty]
They beggin to sell them here..I am looking at another one.I think I may have a problem[admitting it is 1st step!!]
Just make some crazy offers, the worst that'll happen is they won't go for it,you don't have much to lose..OH,and guys when you pull up at a dealer, always tell them you WANT,NOT NEED a truck,BS them and tell them you have another one just like it at home. This will keep them at your level, knowing that you may walk out at any time they piss you off..
