truck wont start when weather gets hot

Guys,

I have ran into a problem that when the temperature starts reaching 90 degrees + or when the truck sits in direct sun It sometimes it wont start.

Fix: i pump on the part that the fuel filter it attached to (sorry dont know what its called) until it gets hard to push on and the truck starts !

What do you all think is causing this ?

your filter head is pulling a vacume thru a oring causing air in the system, get a rebuilt kit from nicktane and or put a lift pump on the truck
