Truck in shop for coolant leak again!!!

A few months ago I had a coolant leak at the rear of the engine. Had the dealer fix it. They replaced gaskets at the oil filter housing and somewhere else. Can not remember right now. Anyway it cost me just over $1,000. now fast forward to today. The dealer calls me to say that they have to replace these gaskets!!! I told him thy were just done a few months ago, he then said he wpoould call me back. I waited 6 hours and went to the dealer. I hate talking on the phone, more of a face to face person. He informed me that the 12/12,000 warranty does not cover gaskets!!!! ????? Good news is that the dealer is gonna cover it for me. They should for as much as I have spent in repairs there in the past year!

@86burgandyss, seems like you have a good dealership taking care of your truck to cover this for you.

Michelle, seeing as I've spent just about $15,000 in repairs on my truck alone in the past year and a half, not counting my other gm vehicles I'd hope so!!!!
