stock or not?

I was reading a forum elsewhere and they were talking about a shuttering feeling in the higher gears with WOT and programmers set on high possible slipping in the tq converter. Well I have felt this shutter but don't have a programmer is there anyway to tell if the 1st owner reprogrammed it and left it tuned up or is there anyway to just reset the computer to factory settings?

I'm sure the bigger tires don't help the tranny at all. You could be slipping it a little. the shutter could possibly be caused by a dirty fuel filter, but without actually experiencing it, it is hard to tell.
