The EGR code shouldn't be a problem. Or at least not one to cause bad mileage. You might try cleaning the MAF sensor as well. And I agree jack it up and spin the tires. A stuck caliper could be dragging and causing bad mileage. Of course check the air filter, but they'll hold a lot LOT of junk before restricting flow significantly.

Dont go off that.

With your BD, it will scew the readings.

even my stock tuning is +1 off.

i was getting "poor" mileage until i changed my FF & then towed my RV 700+ miles... now i'm getting a steady 18+ mpg in 75/25 mixed driving of hwy/city traffic

only getting about 260 miles a tank.
I have the same truck. Mine is stock other than Edge evolution. Before I made the changes below I was getting 12-13 around town. Now I am running AMSOIL synthetics, their fuel concentrate and cetene booster (at every fill up).

Now I am getting 15.8 (manual calculation this morning actually) around town and about 17 on long trips. That is with a fairly heavy foot.

If you would like some information on anything just shoot me a PM.

I pulled the intake to find the egr gunked up .But not pluged . What is a finger stick? Thanks Guys

idk im runnin 37" tires and a quad. on lvl 90 or 110 and getting 14-16 when im on it hard
