| I beleive its an extra spring in the rear and the 3500 comes standard with 4:10 gears also

 | Its just the extra spring, if it has a D-MAX in it your stuck with 3.73s from the factory. No 4.10 option was ever available for the D-MAX.

| 265/75-16 standard tires,extra rear leaf, and has 3.73 gears not 4.10 if its diesel.

| And if it is a 2009 or 2010 the 3500 does not come with Stabilatrac or the extra $2500 or so dollars added to the price for it.

| i looked on gm's website you can add the 4:10 gears with the duramax but only on the 3500's
