injector seal leak???

i swapped 6 and 8 injectors and put south bend clutch in and every thing .. ran perfectly smooth no shake nothing but after i went up the road like a mile or so and stopped i have a faint shake ... i DID NOT replace o-rings or the copper seals on the injectors when i swapped them ... could the maybe have started leaking and causing a slight shake due to the copper seals loosing a little compression???? and what is the injector hold down torque to ??? thanks
