| wheel spacers Is anyone running wheel spacers in the rear in order to make the front/rear tires track evenly? I would assume the application for this would be primarily driving in the snow or maybe even just for looks. |

| People mostly do it for looks from what I've read. Look up Fred Goeske, he comes highly recommended around here.

| I just ordered a set from Fred Goeske. I asked that exact question prior to buying, Fred's reponse was "they won't break". They weren't cheap, $370 shipped. I believe other cheap spacers (ebay) have the reputation of breaking, but the Fred Goeske wheel adapters sound like the best quality available. I'm not worried. |

| Steel ones if you're going to tow heavy or making a lot of power.. aluminum is fine if it's a street driven rig that won't see much/if any abuse. I wouldn't trust aluminum towing, but that's just me

| I realize you are probably asking about a SRW application, but for what it's worth I have 2" wheel spacers from Fred on my LBZ, over 100k miles on the spacers, no signs of trouble.

| Ive had Freds 2" spacers on my truck for 6 years and over 100,000 miles. Never had a problem with them and they have seen many heavy loads. Sent from my iPhone using AutoGuide.com App
