hard shift

LBZ, with 6er alli. I'm running a diablo sport, on 85hp. 5" straight piep, stick, plate. Lately I have been noticing hard shifts on moderate acceleration from a stop. Also notice it when slowing to a stop. Have exeprienced two really hard shifts while coming to a stop, after a few miles of stop and go traffic. Notice the hard shifts more in stop and go traffic. Has this happened to anyone else?
