noise

Running a 5" straight pipe on my lbz. Notice under hard or full throttle get a loud noise. Almost sounds like a rattle but not quite. Have triple checked my exhaust for tighteness. Everything is tight, and enough clearance around everything to not cause a rattle. Also checked heatshields all those a tight and in place. Is it the exhaust and turbo noise together with a lot pressure under heavy load causing this? Or could it be something internal from the engine, like maybe valves. Also noticed a little bit louder chatter when engine is just about completely warmed and I give a little more throttle(not hard throttle) while driving. Is this due to the cooler temperatures outside is this normal? I try to listen to every dmax I can while driving to compare the noises. Am I just freaking out over nothing? I don't know this is my first diesel, had it for about 8 months. Has about 8555 miles on it, changed the oil about 4500 miles ago. Sorry for so long of thread just would like to get some info. Thanks

That sounds weird. I know you checked all the clearences but did you look at the cross brace on the rear of the tranny? Theres a bracket there that made mine vibrate and make a hell of alot of noise.
