ARB does make a good product.....but not everyone is interested in installing the required air compressor to make the system work. I think the E-locker will slowly take over the positive lock marketplace.
Dont hold your breath
ARB has a ton of applications including big spline versions and newer tech to mesh the gears better when going into lock, including better seals for the air piston

Thanks for the suggestions. Think I'm gonna try the Detroit tru trac. Seems that the true locking units would be better on a 4wd application. This truck doesnt like the dirt, tends to scraaaape.

I have a ARB airlocker in the front of my scout going on 10 years now it has never failed to work properly, as far as any auto locker, it depends on where you drive, I can tell you from experience, when you are driving down the highway with a ice ridge on one side of the lane and dry pavment on the other side,( this is pretty common in the western Nebraska area), a auto locker no matter who builds it, is a HANDFULL, I use a full spool in the rear of my scout, While a would not recomend it for a daily driver at least you know it is locked and how it will handle in diff weather conditions.

My cover fit up snug with stock fog lights, no problems.
