OK, so I got some quotes awhile back from a couple vendors on the site. I am looking at MBRP 4" alum., My question is should I go with the straight pipe, or the one with the muffler. I think the one without the muffler is $40 or so cheaper. Anyone have any opinions on the two. I don't want to be to loud that I wake the neighbors. I also want to put and egr blocker. If the engine throws codes can I still drive it fine? will it affect anything? Thanks in advance for the info. I assume all the vendors on this site are priced the same. Have you notice an increase in mpg from stock?(I am a very conserv. driver)

but for the time being the codes don't do anything but turn on a check engine light right?

If you go with the straight pipe your truck will sound like a F-16 and you will wake everyone. I have a 4in straight diamond eye on my truck and I love it.
