PPE vs. Edge

I was wondering what everyones thoughts were on the subject. I am leaning toward the PPE but I was talking to one of my friends and showed him the PPE and he was like don't waste your money. I told him that everyone on here said that it was really good. I no that everyone likes the EFI but that not for me. Just looking for some imput. I am just trying to smoke some ricers. This other kid has an older BMW thats stock u guys think that I have a chance at him?

Well Fill out your signature and tell us what your truck is and what you've done to it. I wouldn't waste the money on the edge. Buy the PPE and have fun. Just watch which tune you put it on. Go over 100 extra HP and you'll be pushin the limits of your stock tranny. PPE it and the Beamer will be smoked! I run the 350 tune on my Hot+2 and with my mods it is way too much fun.

YEah get the ppe. On the 6spd you can run a little more than the 5spds. I ran min on the 160 tune without any problems and when I had my tranny done the clutches looked good. I never did limp it with that tune and it was snappy. The 225 tune will be a little better yet but the 4-5 and 5-6 shifts might be a little harsh and put a little strain on the tranny. I've got the Xcelerator hot+2. They have an et version which gives one more tune up to 425. I haven't sent off for that yet but I'm gonna see how the 350 tune does on the dyno on saturday.

Did you get any codes when you did the turbo back and the AFE? Also how much louder did the MBPR system make it?
