Safe boost pressure???

Hi everyone i just purchased a 06 LBZ and and didnt know what is a safe max boost i can run is? motor and tranny "auto 1000". I had a dodge and i could run 45psi all day long. needless to say i went for a ride in a chevy and was sold. any input would be a big help. Thanks

LBZ's can handle 32lbs. I like to see them run 26-30, much over that and they are off there map and power decreases and egt's climb.

Thanks for the info. with just my edge it is making 31-32. should i turn it down or just limit the egt's?

My edge juice w/attitude also shows pretty high numbers, I can get in the high thirties if i get in it real hard. I am not sure these numbers are real accurate, but I dont know anyone who has run a mechanical guage with there edge to know if this is close or not. My egts get high enough 1400+ that i dont run it turned up untill I can get those egt numbers down which i havent found a reasonably cost efficient way of doing this yet. so I keep mine off of levels 5 and 6.
