programer wont work

i just brought my baby home from the dealership and i went to put my programer back in and it said it couldnt upload info because of new programs installed on main computer in the truck. has anyone else had this problem?i called the dealership and asked what they all did to my truck and they noticed a performance problem and they tweeked my computer. Can they lock you out some how.I need that programer because im rollin on 22s and my shift pattern sucks on stock.

As posted, year and tuner? The tuner may require an update to work with the new program the dealer loaded on the ECM.

did you return your computer all the way back to stock before taking it in or did you have your speedo corrected?

Dealer probably put a newer file into the truck than the programmer had in it. Edge should be able to get you a new file that will work on your truck.
