Diablo on 120Hp

I've got a bone stock 2007 LBZ with the allison. I have had the diablo on 85Hp for a few months and love it. I recently bumped it up to 120hp and now i love it even more. My question is do you think i am doing damage or will mess anything up by running this tune daily? Its a crew cab, long bed truck that gets driven 30 miles to work everyday with the cruise set on 75mph. I never tow anything and 90% of my driving is on the interstate. I do hammer it when i merge onto the interstate but thats about it.

You are pretty safe with the 85hp setting. That is pretty much the limit for the stock tranny. Since you have the 6 speed you could always put in the Transgo Jr. kit and give yourself a little extra insurance. The biggest thing you need to watch for is the 4-5, 5-6, 6-5, and 5-4 shifts. This is when you are most likely to slip the clutches.

That's the truck i have too. I know a guy that runs his on the high setting all the time but only time will tell about damage. I wouldnt run the 120 setting daily. I think I'm gonna get either a diablo or stealth in a week or two.

That's just running on borrwed time even if you aren't towing. 120hp is going to kill the tranny.
