I operate semi trucks and there are guys out here in AZ that have been putting oil from their oil changes into their fuel tanks for years with no problems. However, they operate a completely different animal compared to the Dmax. Can a Pre-emmissions cat C-15, or and old 3406E, or a Cummins N14, or the great Detroit 12.7 series 60 handle oil? I'm no mechanic, but my guess is not problem. Can any Dmax handle it without a problem... I wouldn't try it! In my old beater Cummins mechanical 12valve dodge I would try it in a heartbeat, but not any of the new motors. Just my opinion. I've been known to be wrong before!

I also have an 07 KW with a Cummins ISX 565 and an 07 Pete with an acert C-15. These trucks are pre-07 emmissions, but I still wouldn't try oil in the tank on them. Not untill it doesn't cost $40,000 plus to replace a motor!!!
