Finger stick

hey guys i just bought the egr blocker plate and fingerstick. I am just wanting some advice on the fingerstick install so that it goes as smoothly as possible. Any help is appreciated. Mike

Just take your time and you'll be fine. Make sure to solder all connections. I have a diagram if you are interested. Hope this helps.

I installed one on my buddy's 06-LTZ - The directions they send are very good. Just take your time and match up the wire colors as per the instructions. I was able to snip off some of the excess wire so that putting everything back in the factory harness was a bit easier. When finished, you couldn't tell anything had been changed. Like they said, make sure you solder the connections. Some nice black wire ties will come in handy for the prodject. Start to finish it took me about 2 hours, but I am very fussy and check everything 2 or 3 times before making a move.

green / yellow

a bit of confusion on where the green/yellow conects to the yellow. Hard to tell by diagram. Thanks guys

finger stick

Well installed the blocker plate and finger stick on the 2007 lbz. Everything soldered. red to pink gray to gray, the yellow cut and yellow from finger stick to yellow to maf, then on two wire side, blue to brown/ wht and the green/ yellow to the cut yellow running across the engine. Getting the check engine light and will not got out. have ran through key cycle many times with light still on. Any help greatly appreciated

Wish I could help you, but I don't have the directions anymore. However, I think we had the same problem at first and it went away after awhile. Like I said, it was on my buddies truck and he is checking for the directions we had. I'll let you know as soon as we find them, but I don't think you did anything wrong.
