PPE Econ

I have been looking into new tuners, chips, etc. and I have found the PPE Economy tuner. In the past I wanted Ass Whoopin Power but now whit getting raped at the pump I need mileage and fast. My question is it worth the money. I have no plan as of 05/08/08 to upgrade the tranny(until it f..ks up). So why should I pay more money for the Hot+2? Is it worth the difference(mileage not power) Thanks

If you go with PPE, ( which I would recommend ) go with the standard. It goes up to 225HP @ the crank and is upgradeable if you want to upgrade in the future. The economy isn't upgradeable. Hope this helps!

I agree with what GMCLbz said! As far as I see the smaller PPE tune is just fine for the position you are in. Id got with the smaller PPE if you save the money for the trany upgrade expect to pay for the PPE upgrade as well

X3 PPE standard. The economy has the same tunes as the 1-3 on the standard, but like GmcLbz said you can not upgrade it.

How far can you upgrade if you get the standard? Could i update all the way up to the HOT+2 if i eventualy wanted it? Reason I am asking is because i want to go with the HOT+2 eventually but i dont want to spend the extra money yet and i just want to buy the standard right now. Thanks

all the PPE programmers are upgradeable to the highest level or what ever level you desire except the Economy one so i would go with the standard one in case you ever decide you want to add more power like you want to..LOL
