Anyone hear of duramileage?

Looking on line and stumbled across duramileage. They state 20% increase in fuel mileage. But entails shipping your ecm to them for reprogramming, or purchasing one already with the program in it. Has anyone tried this? Or is this a gimmick I should stay away from?

I thought about this also. I was told that once they reprogram your ecm you are stuck with it. Check with IdahoRob or one of the other guys who are into EFI Live. They can set you up with a tune and you can change it back yourself it you need to. I think one of the top programmers is all the average person needs unless you really want to get serious about H.P. etc. I don't know much, just what I've learnd here. These guys are great and all seem willing to help. Use search and read, there's all kinds of info here.

If ya happen to accidently fry it,then you'll spend around 2000 dollars to get up and running again,then not to mention,what is gonna happen to your warranty,if you even have one left,once you change it[ecm]then you're stuck with a bunch of ''locked'' tunes,with the features of the various programmers,I really could not see foolin with mine..

ya the programmer and just run a moderate tune and you will see an increase in mileage
