I have a PPE Standard and I am looking to upgrade it. I would like to go all the way up to the hot +2 e.t. Can someone tell me how much this might cost and would it be worth it or should i just sell the PPE and go with EFI Live.
Thanks,
Derek

I had the PPE standard and I upgraded to the PPE HOT +2 E.T. It cost 450 plus shipping. Then about 3 weeks later I bought EFI live. I am way happier with EFI LIVE than the PPE. My EGT's are way lower my truck makes way more power, does not smoke near as much and I get better MPG. If you have any questions feel free to ask me. I think you should sell the PPE and take the 450 to upgrade and get EFI LIVE. JMO.

Psyco66 I think that your right I think that I am going to sell it. I do have a couple of questions about the efi live though. I no that you make your own tunes and when you buy it they give you 2 free tunes but when you get your tunes can you just plug it in like the PPE and download your tunes or do you have to go through and change everything like fuel pressure and stuff like that. I no that it is more involved but do you just tell them what kinda of tunes do you want and what power you want to make.

I ordered mine from Mcrat. I told him what kind of power I wanted and what was done to my truck and my tire size. I then sent him my stock tune and he built me a tune. He emailed me my new tune I loaded it on the truck and slide sidways out of my driveway. Give a vendor a call that sells EFI and they can explain everything to you.
