ppe duramaximizer?

hey everyone. im pretty new to the diesel world i just bought an 07 duramax lbz its all stock except for a 5" cat back mbrp exhaust. i was looking into the ppe duramaximizer. is this a good thing to get for my truck? i also saw that it comes with a knob of some sort to adjust the power if anyone has any pics of this mounted i would like to see them. thanks for all ur help.

the Duramaximizer is a great flip chip but if your spending that much go with the Xcelorator instead of the Duramaximizer..you will see alot better results with the programmer versus the chip..

i no imma sound dumb here what do either of these have the safeguard or whatever its called for the turbo. i want my truck to last as long as possible.

either or of these HP enhancers from PPE will work with in the safety parameters of the Duramax Diesel allthough the PPE Xcelerator is capable of adding up to 200+RWHP depending which model you go with but if you stay with the Standard Xcelerator and only add 80-90RWHP max you will be fine.PPE rates their HP at the flywheel so the 2ND setting on the Programmer adds roughly 70WHP and the 3rd setting is about max for your stock tranny..also gauges are high recommended.

im with them^^^ the xcellerator is the most popular and used tuner out. Cant go wrong with the PPE
