So here is the problem truck shifts fine normale driving but WOT when it shift to second it falls on it's face not all the time but most of the time. I have a friend with 06 lbz and his shifts so much better nite and day differance. I have had it in for warranty they reset it but still have problems. I now have added edge juice w att. just made the problem werse and now dumps black smoke when it happen and does not realy go anywhere. buy the way no codes and no limping. please help frusterating stock 06lbz runs with mine on lvl 4.

whens the last time you changed the fuel filter?i have seen were a clogged fuel filter will do the same thing.

buy FPRV you are refering to fuel pressure regulator and is there a quick way to check that the fuel filters have all bin ac delcos since I have had the truck i've put three on in 6500 miles trying to fix it this one only has 1800 on it.

sounds like we can rule the fuel filter out..also have the injector harness checked out,i have seen where a stock truck could beat a PPE tuned LB7 that had a bad injector harness.

This might sound dumb but are you sure your tires arent spinning? If I do a WOT launch in my truck the tires will spin going into second and the truck will go into third killing the power.
Happend to me today while racing a bronco.
