Trying to convince dad to put a dpf delete kit in his 2007 LBZ because he drives tons of highway miles and only gets 17.3mpg. Just trying to get everything straight. What would he need to make a delete work, and what mileage would he expect, price, where to get it, and anything else you can think of he might need for mileage and reliability. Oh and what will it do to his warranty?

shoot me a pm and ill help you with all your questions, i have done my 07.5 LMM and helped many others, and if he not trailorin he would see 20 + on highway if not running it hard. It will most likey void warranty depending dealer but its worth it imo.

Ok, so you have a LMM and it would have the DPF. To delete it you need to get a turbo back exhaust for a older model. Then you will need either PPE, quadzilla, or Efi live to turn the regens off.

perfect! just what I was looking for. Does the exaust need ports on it for sensors? Im more familiar with The cummins and I know those guys need the ports.
