i just got the ppe standard and was looking at all the options that can be done and was wondering what they do performance wise. like no de-fueling no timing added.

The no defueling turns on the defuel during shifts. This is an option that you only want to use on a built tranny. the defuel cuts engine power back during the shift to help the stock tranny live a little longer.
The rest of the options like, added timing, added fuel, raise rev limiter, etc. all needs to be left on if you want the most performance out of the tune.

when i was running the first 2 settings i turned the defueling off even with the stock tranny but anything above level 2 do not attempt with stock tranny and all the others leave on for best results.

im getting a ppe from painted j farms and i would like to see what the highest level can do and my transmission is stock...what would i have to do to the tranny to run the highest level for a little bit without blowing the transmission...
also, alls i hear from people are those allison transmissions are bulletproof and that you cant blow them...whats up with that...and how would i custom build it...what would i have to add?

why in one and two do you turn defueling off
