| Typical turbo boost? What's typical turbo boost pressure? This is my first dmax and seems to produce far less boost than my cummins did, I did have an actual mechanical boost gauge on my cummins where as I'm getting my reading thru my edge on my dmax, it doesn't produce a lot of boost, probably like 12-15 psi when I get in to it. It's got lots of power so I assume the turbo is working fine, just curious |

| What year truck? My lb7 peaks at 27. Sounds like you may have a leak somewhere

Check out the CFM differences between the Duramax and Cummins heads.....you'll see why they require more boost and generally smoke more. The old 12V Cummins heads are really pathetic.

| Stock and my 90 horse tune my truck hits 25psi. 160 horse it will peak at 32psi. Sounds like you may have a boost leak somewhere.
