2008 LMM Coolant Change?

I am wanting to change my coolant out to the All Cool coolant and was wondering if anyone has done a coolant change and what is the best way to do it. I have not looked to see how difficult it is gonna be yet but from what I can remember it did not look like it was gonna be easy. Hope someone can tell me with experience.

Not sure but I dont think there is a drain valve on them anymore so I believe you have to pull the bottom rad hose off. Looks like a crappy job to have to do.

There is a plug in the left side of the block to drain it. What are you putting in?
