Did you loosen the bleeder screw on the filter housing and prime the system to there?? Also why did you have to change your CP3 anyway???

Why did you change the injector pump-- seems like it should have lasted a lot longer on a 07.
It is possible that you still have air in the system-- but a code will help diagnose the problem.
