I have the same exact vibration. It's very annoying! I'm taking my truck in to get the tires balanced and rotated tomorrow, will let you know if it does the trick.

u may just need a rotate and balance and if it isnt that u arent out much more then 20 dollars

Took the truck in for tire balancing and rotation. Each tire needed 2.5 oz of weights. One tire was slightly out of round, and he said both upper ball joints were slightly worn. I use to go thru a set of upper ball joints every two years on my 97 lifted Chevy, here we go again . So $50 dollars later rollin' home it was money well spent! I would say 80% of the vibration is gone. New ball joints are on the to do list.
