ok guys i like to say hello first of all and to let you know ive been a very long time ford owner and the last two trucks of mine have both be lemons am sure we all know what motor am talking about. hahaha. but any how i place my order in 3 days ago for a 2008 Chevy 3500HD C/C S/B. so my question is what can i do as far as mods on it and not mess up my warr. or have any problems with the dealership. ( i know the best mod is no mod but come on you have too hahaha) also not sure if i can post it in this tread or not but as far as the abbreviations mean like LMM and all those others ones i i see again i like i said first time d-max owner and never knew anothing about them so i just have to ask. Also the things i have ordered for the truck is i have a Buckstop Baja winch bumper and a custom built flat bed with sideskirts boxes. and hideaway gooseneck hitch. the truck will be used for my race team, D/D and my ranch truck

Welcome to the world of duramax, I heard something about Banks products will not mess up factor warranty. I'll try to read up on it and find out if this is true or not.

Ya for GM pretty mutch if you take the mudflaps off your possible to void the warranty. Your best bet for power is to get a programmer and a intake. The new emissions filter on the exhaust is pretty hard to get around from what Ive heard.

I forgot the abbreviation years but a LBZ is 06-07.5 07.5 and up is the LMM.. I stole this info from another thread

P.S. so you guys know after all the trouble i had with warr. work from the dealer on my last ford i sold every ford i owned and and its nice too since my new race truck was a chevy spec truck so it helps with sponsorship for me if my fleet is all chevy too.
