I just recently put a PPE Hot Prog in my truck. I shredded the rear diff in the first three days! Anyway since the dealer will not cover it I decided to go with a Dynatec Dana80 Posi rear end. Close to 6k with changing the gears to 4:10. Anyone with thoughts on that rear end application? I also would like to upgrade my Allison Trans ASAP. Thought about PPE Stage IV. Someone recommended Suncoast. After I get my truck beefed up I will do a TB Exhaust and upgrade the tuner to a DPF delete. Anyway, I am all in at this point and would like any suggestions. I have been hard on my truck, and I don't won't to keep breaking it.
You'll also be looking into an upgrade for that front diff to work properly,if I remember right..

Get a Suncoast stage IV and you will be happy. You can put as much power as the PPE will put out as and you will not hurt it.

How did you mess your rearend up. What ere you doing to mess it up. I have not heard of many people blowing the rearend up. I mean guys drag race and do 4 wheel drive boosted launches and they do not blow the rear end or front end up. Just wondering what you did.
