Slow oil pressure

The oil pressure gauge on my truck takes about 2 seconds to register oil pressure whenever I start it, and it's not just the first start of the day, is this normal on LMM's?

Well that's good to know. I was afraid I was getting a few seconds of oil starvation. I run an amsoil synthetic filter with a drainback valve, but was going to switch filters to see if anything changed. Now I think it's just gauge related, and now that I think about it I shut my truck off the other day and then started it back up a few seconds later and the gauge did the same thing, and there's no way the oil could have drained back that fast.
