New Member with Question...

Hey Guys!
My name is Jon. I just joined yesterday. I have a 3 month old 2008 Chevy 2500HD CC Duramax Z71.
Tomorrow, we will be installing a RCD 6 inch lift with 35 inch ProComps mounted to 20 inch Moto Metals.
The question I have for you has to do with tuning. Is there a good tuner or reprogrammer out there that will fix the speedo in these new LMM trucks? Superchips says there working on it, and also says that everyone elses programmers that say they work on the correction really dont.
Im really not looking to put anything in the truck that will really screw up my warranty. My dealer is fine with the lift. Im just really looking to correct my speedo, or is tuning what I really need? Im looking to keep this truck for a very long time.
Thanks for any input....
-Jon

You could try just a TruSpeed from SuperLift. im not sure if it works on the newest trucks yet or not? but that’s your best bet to just get the speedo working right. not only that but then a dealer besides the one you bought it from can't deny you warranty work because there is a tuner on it. also some ppl say you can do it with the techII but i have never been able to figure it out.

I would consider the banks 6 gun with PDA, its the most DPF friendly chip, and will be dealer friendly in almost every case, because of its safety features. Let me know if i can help with anything.

I talked with them yesterday. They said that the TrueSpeed will not work with the 07.5-08 trucks right now.
I thought that maybe the techII would work sice Hummers run a 315 which are metric 35s. Dunno.

Not if you want something dealer friendly. Others are tuners, but the adust tire size which should correct speedo.
